Abstract
This Regulation concerns the seizure of vegetables produced in Prince Edward Island and marketed in interprovincial and export trade. Section 4 covers the stopping of vehicles by authorized representatives of the Edward Island Vegetable Commodity Marketing Board, section 5 to the seizure of vegetables, section 6 to the detention of seized vegetables, section 7 to hearings, section 8 to disposal and section 9 to appeals.
