Abstract
The present Regulations enact the Canada Agricultural Products Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the grading, packing, marking and inspection of processed egg and international and interprovincial trade in processed egg. The text consists of 28 sections divided into 6 Parts as follows: Requirements and standards (I); Registration of processed egg stations and operation and maintenance of registered processed egg stations (II); Packing and marking (III); Inspection and certification (IV); International and interprovincial trade (V); Seizure and detention (VI). Two Schedules are enclosed.
