Processing Potato Registration Order (Man. Reg. 261/2006).

The present Order lays down provisions relating to the registration of potato growers. In particular, section 1 establishes that no person shall engage in the production or in the marketing of the regulated product in Manitoba unless such person is registered with the Board as a producer.
