Abstract
The present Regulation enacts section 109 (b) and (d) of the Wildlife Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the prohibition of public access to certain areas. The text consists of 10 sections as follows: Definitions (1); Muskwa-Kechika Access Management Area (2); Klingzut Mountain closed area (3); Toad River exemption (4); Rose and Kirkland Islands (5); Kootenay Land District (6); Elk Valley (7); Stum Lake (8); Sulphur Creek (9); Baynes Lake (10).
