Abstract
This Regulation describes the application process for permits, approvals, or amendments, including the submission of detailed information about waste sources, characteristics, and volumes. It moreover specifies requirements for public posting, notice, and the opportunity for concerned persons to notify directors within a specified timeframe if they may be adversely affected.
