Abstract
These Regulations provide for the management of the Pugwash Protected Water Area. The measures encompass restrictions for several activities (forestry, fire, use of pest control product and biocide, refuse, waste and discharge, agriculture, vehicle) and prohibitions (A person must not commence detailed ground exploration, hydrocarbon exploration or production, or an operation to extract gravel, rock or mineral in the Protected Water Area).
