Abstract
The present Order is made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. The Order grants to both the Commodity Board (Fédération des producteurs de lait du Québec) and the Board (Régie des marchés agricoles et alimentaires du Québec) the power to regulate the marketing of milk in interprovincial trade. For the purposes of regulating such trade, the Board has the power to fix and impose levies or charges on milk or any component of milk, collect those levies or charges and use them for the purposes of the Board.
