Abstract
The present Regulations are made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. The Quebec Agricultural Marketing Board and the Commodity Board are each authorized to regulate the marketing of turkeys in interprovincial and export trade. Furthermore, the Commodity Board is authorized to make orders fixing, imposing and collecting levies or charges from persons situated within the Province of Quebec who are engaged in the production or marketing of turkeys and is entitled to use the revenue for its own purpose.
