Reconsideration by Alternative Dispute Resolution Regulation (B.C. Reg. 45/2001).

The present Regulation enacts sections 9 and 22 of the Oil and Gas Commission Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down detailed provisions relating to dispute settlement.
