Abstract
The Recreation Area Regulation is organised in 16 Articles and provides the discipline for “recreation areas” (campground or recreation camp) and for remote recreation areas. The Regulation establishes duties of the owner (Art. 3), rules for location and operations of recreation areas (Art. 4), drainage (Art. 5), accommodation facilities (Art. 6), supply of potable water (Art. 7) and non-potable water (Art. 8), waste service (Art. 9), privies facilities (Art. 10), location of outdoor privy or liquid waste disposal facilities and distance from water (Art. 11), the handling of recreational vehicle water supplies and waste (Art. 12), flushing of recreational vehicles holding tanks (Art. 13), and houseboats (Art. 14). Art. 15 repeals the Recreation Area Regulation (AR 245/85) and Art. 16 is repealed.
