Regulation respecting animals in captivity (R.Q. c. C-61.1, r.5).

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to animals in captivity. In particular, it applies to the keeping of animals in captivity, the capture of animals for the purpose of keeping them in captivity and, where applicable, the disposal of animals.
