Regulation respecting aquaculture and the sale of fish ((R.Q. c. C-61.1, r.7).

This Regulation applies to the production, stocking, keeping in captivity, breeding and transport of freshwater fish and live anadromous and catadromous fish, and to the treatment of contagious and parasitic diseases in such fish, except hobby fish that are not of a native or naturalized species.
