Abstract
The Regulation makes provisions concerning the certification to artificially induce rain; what qualifications are required by the holder, the fee, cancellation reasons and prescribes the form for application (Schedule A).
The Regulation also regulates the authorization process; it establishes the content of the application, this include (a) the reasons for which the applicant wishes to engage in operations to induce rain artificially; (b) the identification, by means of a map of the zone being the subject of the operations (target-zone); (c) the period and duration of the operations for which authorization is applied for; (d) the description of the means to be used to induce rain artificially, of the instruments, their operation system and location; (e) a statement on the number of instruments the use of which is required. of certificate application including reason. The Regulation also prescribes reporting an d public notification duties. The form for applying to an authorization is contained in Schedule B.
