Regulation respecting certain bodies for the protection of the environment and social milieu of the territory of James Bay and Northern Qu bec (c. Q-2, r. 34).

The present Regulation implements the Environment Quality Act (R.S.Q., c. Q-2). In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the composition and functioning of the James Bay Advisory Committee on the Environment created pursuant to section 134 under the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 22 sections divided into 5 Parts as follows: Interpretation (I); James Bay Advisory Committee on the environment (II); Evaluating Committee (IIII); Kativik Environmental Advisory Committee (IV); Kativik Environmental Quality Commission (V).
