Regulation respecting the classes of licences to keep animals in captivity and their term (R. Q. c. C-61.1, r.20.1).

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to classes of licences to keep animals in captivity. The classes of licences to keep animals in captivity are: 1) the zoological garden licence; 2) the wildlife observation centre licence; 3) the wildlife rehabilitation centre licence; 4) the licence to keep amphibians; 5) the game ranch licence for exotic species; 6) the game ranch and breeding licence for white-tailed deer; 7) the animal broker's licence.
