Regulation respecting the Forest Management Funding Program (CQLR c A-18.1, r. 9).

The present Regulation is made under the Sustainable Forest Development Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the Forest Management Program. La Financière agricole du Québec administers the Program and, for that purpose, determines the assistance that may be granted to forest producers. An application for a loan must be submitted in writing and be accompanied by the related information and documents. Section 7 lists the requirements for the eligibility of a loan. For example, a producer must demonstrate that the forest area covered by his application has an adequate forest management plan. The text consists of 19 sections.
