Regulation respecting hunting activities (R. Q. c. C-61.1, r.1)

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to hunting in Québec. The text consists of 31 sections divided into 8 Parts as follows: Scope and interpretation (I); Certificate and licence (II); Obligations of the holder of a hunting licence (III); Possession of animals (IV); Transportation and registration (V); Training and field trials of hunting dogs (VI); Penal (VII); Final (VIII). Three Schedules are enclosed.
