Abstract
The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to noxious weeds. Section 1 lists plants considered as noxious weeds when growing in cultivated lands and pastureland and section 2 lays down plants considered noxious weeds when growing on the borders of roads, highways or streets, along railways, electrical energy transmission lines and ditches on farmlands, lands, vacant or unoccupied lots. The text consists of 8 sections.
