Regulation respecting the prevention of water pollution in livestock operations (R.Q. c. Q-2, r.18)

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to the prevention of water pollution in livestock operations. Section 2 establishes that no person shall construct or undertake to operate a new livestock operation, expand, change types of livestock or increase the number of animal units, or install or modify a manure storage site without having obtained a certificate of authorization for that purpose from the Minister. Eight Schedules are enclosed.
