Regulation respecting the recovery and reclamation of products by enterprises (CQLR c. Q-2, r. 40.1).

The present Regulation is made under the Environment Quality Act. The purpose of the Regulation is to reduce the quantities of residual materials to be disposed of by assigning responsibility to enterprises for the recovery and reclamation of the products referred to in Chapter VI and marketed by them and by promoting the design of products more respectful of the environment.
