Regulation respecting the registration of beekeepers (CQLR c. P-42, r. 5).

The present Regulation is made under the Animal Health Protection Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the registration of beekeeper. Section 2 establishes that every beekeeper must provide to the Minister, on the form furnished by the Minister, an application for registration stating the details listed in this section.
