Regulation respecting the sale of livestock by auction (CQLR c. P-42, r. 11).

The present Regulation is made under the Animal Health Protection Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to permits to operate an establishment under section 31 of the afore-mentioned Act. Section 5 deals with procedural matters for permits renewals. The text consists of 59 sections divided into 4 Divisions as follows: Definitions (I); Permit (II); Premises and organisation of establishments (III); Inspection and enforcement (IV). Thirteen Schedules are enclosed.
