Regulation respecting the water property in the domain of the State (R. Q. c. R-13, r.1).

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to the water property in the domain of the State. Its particular purpose is to determine the conditions under which the Minister of the environment is authorized to grant the alienation, lease or occupation of the property and to agree on the limits of such property.
