Abstract
The present Regulations enact the Canada Shipping Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the prevention of pollution from ships and for dangerous chemicals. The text – consisting of 208 sections – deals with the following matters: oil, noxious liquid substances and dangerous chemicals, pollutant substances, sewage; garbage, air and anti -fouling systems. Seven Schedules are enclosed.
