Renewable Energy Approvals under Part V.0.1 of the Act (O. Reg. 359/09).

The present Regulation enforces the Environmental Protection Act (R.S.O. 1990, c. E. 19). In particular, the Regulation sets out the required supporting documents, including reports on project description, construction plans, consultation, design and operations reports, decommissioning plans and any additional reports required, depending on the renewable energy sources.
