Abstract
The present Regulation is made under the Animal Health Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to details of reporting notifiable diseases. The text consists of 4 sections as follows: Definition (1); Prescribed diseases (2); Records and samples (3); Making reports (4). Two Appendixes concerning respectively Reportable diseases and Notifiable diseases are enclosed.
