Abstract
The present Regulation is made under the Wildlife Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the payment of penalties for infringements. Section 2 establishes prescribed offences and specifies that the contravention of a provision of the Act or a Regulation set out in Schedule A is a prescribed offence. The text consists of 7 sections and 1 Schedule.
