Abstract
The present Order is made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. The Order grants to the Saskatchewan Turkey Producers’ Marketing Board the authority to regulate the marketing in interprovincial and export trade of turkeys produced in Saskatchewan. Moreover, the Board is empowered to make orders fixing, imposing and collecting levies or charges and use the revenue for its purposes. The text consists of 4 sections.
