Abstract
The present Regulation is made under the Oil and Gas Activities Act. In particular, the Regulation completes section 79(1) of the afore-mentioned Act for persons who are not permit holders or authorization holders establishing that all documents that are required or permitted under this Act to be given to or served on a person must be given or served in one of the ways listed in this section. The text consists of 2 sections.
