Abstract
The present Regulations are enacted under the Canada Shipping Act, 2001. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating, inter alia, to licensing, safety equipment, human powered vessels, critical safety requirements, construction requirements, hull serial numbers, safety precautions and operational requirements, accident reporting. The text consists of 1201sections divided into 12 Parts.
