Abstract
The present Regulation enacts the Environmental Management Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the storage of certain recyclable material listed in Schedule 1. The text consists of 6 sections as follows: Interpretation (1); Designation of waste (2); Application (3); Storage of recyclable materials (4); Period of storage (5); Offence (6). One Schedule is enclosed.
