Abstract
The present enacts the Canadian Environmental Protection Act 1999 (S.C. 1999, c. 33). In particular, the Regulations set limits on the amount of sulphur in gasoline produced, imported or sold. The Regulations limit sulphur in gasoline to an average level of 30 mg/kg with a never-to-be-exceeded maximum of 80 mg/kg. The text consists of 14 sections divided into 3 Parts as follows: Interpretation (1); Requirements pertaining to a pool average (2); Coming into force (3).
