Thaidene Nëné Territorial Protected Area Regulations (R-067-2019)

These Regulations, made under section 17 of the Protected Areas Act, set out particulars and details concerning the protection of the mentioned protected area. The Regulations establish the Thaidene Nëné Territorial protected area and specify the prohibited activities, as the extractive uses necessary for the community purposes, and the construction of permanent structures. The Regulations concern: application for a protected area permit; transportation or transmission corridor; exercise of Aboriginal or treaty right in respect of prohibited use or activity.
