Turkey Farmers of Canada Levies Regulation for Manitoba (Man. Reg. 47/2016).

The present Regulation is made under the Farm Products Marketing Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the levying of fees on each producer of turkey marketed by the producer locally within Manitoba.
