Abstract
The purpose of the present Regulation is to implement the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act. The Alberta Turkey Producers, also known as the “Board”, is empowered to issue regulations on, amongst others, licences and permits, determination of allowed quotas that may be marketed in a calendar year, ensurance of a continuous supply of turkeys, setting of minimum prices to be paid to producers for any category of turkey, collect service charges, licence fees and levies. The text consists of 31 sections.
Entry into force notes
For the purpose of ensuring its revision, this Regulation expires on 30 September 2018.
