Abstract
The present Regulation is made under the Farm Products Marketing Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the imposition of levies for the sale of turkey. Section 1 establishes that a levy is imposed on each person to whom the Board has allotted a market allotment of $0.30 per kilogram of turkey marketed by such person during any marketing year in excess of the aggregate of the market allotments allotted to such person for that marketing year. The text consists of 22 sections divided into 6 Parts as follows: Global penalty levies (1); Category over-marketing penalty levies (2); Broiler average weight marketing penalty levies (3); Production penalty levies (4); Poult marketing penalty levies (5); General (6).

The present Regulation is consolidated as of M.R. 67/2011.The Turkey Penalty Levies Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 97/2003,is repealed.
