Turkey Quota Order (Man. Reg. 38/2008).

The present Order is made under the Farm Products Marketing Act and the Manitoba Turkey Producers Marketing Plan Regulation (Man. Reg. 38/2004). In particular, the Order lays down provisions relating to the quantity of turkey allotted to all registered producers during a marketing year.
