Abstract
The present Regulation contains at the outset a definition clause relating to terms employed therein such as "empty container”, “lubricating oil”, “oil filter”, “used oil material”. Section 2 establishes that used oil material is defined as a designated waste for the purposes of the Waste Diversion Act, 2002.
