Abstract
The present Regulation enacts the Waste Reduction and Prevention Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provision relating to the administration of used oil, oil filters and containers. The text - consisting of 13 sections – deals with the following matters: interpretation, designation of material, prohibitions, requirement for used oil products, application for approval, requirements for applicants, issuance of approval, procedure for refusal of approval, suspension or cancellation of approval, amendment of plan and implementation of plan.
