Abstract
The present Regulation enforces the Waste Diversion Act, 2002 (S.O. 2002, c. 6). The Regulation contains at the outset a definition clause relating to terms employed in the Regulation such as “tire” and “used tires”. Section 2 establishes that “used tires” are prescribed as a designated waste for the purposes of the afore-mentioned Act.
