Vehicle Dismantling and Recycling Industry Environmental Planning Regulation (B.C. Reg. 200/2007).

The present Regulation enacts the Environmental Management Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to environmental management plans for the vehicle dismantling and recycling industry.
