Abstract
The present Regulations are enacted under the Ocean Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to inspection and issuance of vessel certificates. The text - consisting of 12 sections – deals, inter alia, with, with the following aspects: passenger ship safety certificates, cargo ship safety equipment certificates, cargo ship safety construction exemption certificates, record of equipment Canadian vessel, inspection certificates, application and terms and conditions.
