Abstract
The present Regulations are made under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act. In particular, the purpose of the above-mentioned Regulations is to protect the environment and health of Canadians by setting concentration limits for VOCs in several categories of architectural coatings. The text, consisting of 20 sections, deals with the following aspects: application, prohibitions, permits, determination of voc concentration, test methods, accredited laboratory, labelling, record keeping and coming into force. The text consists of 20 sections and 1 Schedule.
