Abstract
The present Regulations enact the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999. In particular, the purpose of the above-mentioned Regulations is to protect the environment and health of Canadians by setting concentration limits for VOCs in 14 categories of automotive refinishing products. The text, consisting of 14 sections, deals with the following aspects: application, prohibitions, permits, determination of voc concentration, labelling, record keeping and coming into force.
