Abstract
The present Regulation enacts sections 12.1., 45 and 46 of the Water Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to water issues in the province of British Columbia. The text consists of 44 sections divided into 7 Parts as follows: Interpretation (1); Acquisition of water rights (2); Fees, rentals and charges (3); Power developments (4); Expropriation of land by licensees (5); Water districts (6); Changes in and about a stream (7). Four Schedules are enclosed.
Entry into force notes
The present Regulation enters into force on 1 June 1988.
