Abstract
The present Regulation enacts various sections of the Weed Control Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the designation of noxious weeds. The text deals, inter alia, with the following matters: notice to control noxious weeds, screenings, transportation of grain, movement of machinery or vehicles, cleaning of agricultural equipment, seeds, fertilizer, etc. Four Schedules are enclosed.
