Abstract
The present Regulation enacts the Wildlife Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to compensation for wildlife damage. The text consists of 23 sections divided into 3 Parts as follows: Compensation for crop damage (1); Compensation for livestock predation (2); Repeal (3).
Notes
The present Regulation is consolidated up to M.R. 58/2016.The Compensation for Loss or Damage to Crops by Migratory Game Birds Regulation (Man. Reg. 28/88) and the Wildlife Crop Damage Compensation Regulation (Man. Reg. 198/89) are repealed.
