Abstract
The present Regulations enact the Wildlife Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to wildlife licences and permits. The text – consisting of 46 sections – deals with the following aspects: general hunting licence, wildlife management permit, wildlife transport permit, general wildlife permit, special wildlife export permit, border licence A and border licence B. Three Schedules are enclosed.
