Abstract
The present Regulation enacts the Wildlife Act. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to the protection of wild animals during transport. The text – consisting of 7 sections - deals with the following matters: conditions of transport, documentation for transport, additional documentation for ungulates, notice to director, exception for game production animal, restrictions on cervids killed outside Manitoba, exception for specified territories, exceptions for scientific purposes, exceptions for processed items, exceptions for item transported through Manitoba, prohibition on items derived from cervids and mandatory reporting.
