Abstract
The present Regulation enacts the Environmental Management Act. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to wood burners and incinerators. For the purpose of the present Regulation “beehive burner" means a conical-shaped single chamber incinerator used for the disposal of wood residue. In particular, section 2 establishes that except as otherwise provided in this section, a person must not use a beehive burner, unmodified silo burner or modified silo burner to dispose of wood residue. The text consists of 3 sections as follows: Interpretation (1); Beehive burners and unmodified silo burners (2); Wood residue incinerators (3). Three Schedules are enclosed.
